Being a paint producing plant, the main causative is conflux customer demands for paints in the market. This caused a crash, the paint was spilled on the floor damaging close to parts of the stores, and 4 staff members were affected as they inhaled fierce fumes and were hospitalized for two days, and finally resulting into stoppage of production.
